I have been cutting the grass and taking care of small outside items to keep it looking nice and keep the pests down.How can I go about trying to buy this home as an investment property.

Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties are the main areas I’ve been searching since I need to stay closer to Philadelphia.I plan on living in the property for a few years and renovating since I have a lot of experience.

Down by Buckeye area is closer, esp to the airport.But don't forget about these new chip factories and other BIG businesses moving into the west side.

Find a way to do it later and closer to where you are.

The truth is: had there been any appreciation in the area, comps in the area would have placed my property much closer to the $65k I paid for it.

Well, you effectively have a job that is worth closer to $300K/yr.

I'd recommend selling and looking at something closer to home if you're still wanting to invest in RE. 

Just want to take a closer look for you to see where the discrepancies might be coming from.
