Were you thinking of established RV lots or setting one up?

Keep in mind though that even established and legit lenders can charge exorbitant interest fees, interest rates, point and/ or even profit splits. 

It's important to establish the right gameplan and exit strategies when in comes to real estate investing.

My gamble is, about the time I get this cabin designed and built, the Airbnb market is back on the upswing.

Why market your business if you are not established and able to sign a legal contract?
