You don't want to put all your eggs in one basket - especially if it's one of the common lists that everyone is mailing to.Absentee Owners have been popular for a long time, and are apparently still somewhat effective (people are still mailing to them) but they are getting multiple offers to buy their home.

It is a really interesting transition from not starting with too much bigger picture capital and doing much of the work yourself to over time as you start to reap the fruits of your labor, you can delegate more and more and hopefully enjoy a bit more while doing a bit less!
