I would be using some large shrubbery close to the house, or build some raised flower beds there with a few large bushes to help disguise the lean.

Then we attached flower pots to each branch and planted flowers.

Buyers and sellers will both feel like they are getting a deal/what they want, flowers will bloom, puppies will nuzzle your cheeks, and my garden will finally grow something other than weeds.
