BOA makes Congress seem like a well oiled machine.I have sold (as a listing agent) the same short sale 3 times and BOA has dragged their feet each time.

Birds and fish don't have the same footprint as cats and dogs obviously, and large dogs are really the worst offenders.The question regarding the pet biting I am not sure of, but I doubt you could hold any liability in that.

Your 're just another fish in those ponds though unless you can get the properties before seasoned investors get them.

At that point, we will have fresh paint on every surface in the home, fresh carpet in all rooms, all new light fixtures and switches/'bling' oiled bronze switch plates...

Starting in some niche is being a technician on one machine you'll never be an engineer to devise your own deals out of different situations unless you know the basics.Then, you'll be able to vet any mentor, you'll know if they know what they are talking about or if they are snake oil sales types with strategies and programs that are designed to separate you from your money. :)

We are on oil and in the end they replaced the controller and on last call a cad cell which is apparently a tiny but important part... good luck.

exactly....you would NOT believe what we have seen pulled out of the blower motor because they removed the filter (but forgot to replace it).We even had one filter so clogged it got sucked into the blower motor fins & was subsequently shredded.I can remember the days when you had to go in once a month & oil the blower motor bearings by hand but those suckers ran forever.
