Does renting the home while deployed void the eligibility for exclusion of gain, even when the home was lived in/primary residence for 2 of the last 7?  

Sometimes they raise prices based on the data, and sometimes they drop those same prices, even dramatically, when the data says to do so.

Something simple along the lines of, no pets due to small shells and turf located at property that may hurt pets, would dissuade even service animal owners.  

Also, Since my buy box is pretty narrow, even though I’m pretty good at doing the title research myself, I’ll still pull a title report for each one.

Hardly anyone can prep properly, mask or dropcloth properly, cut in around trim and windows, get even coverage, etc. 

Nor would I pay retail for a property with that low proforma return even though I like PR.

Many European cities have existed far-far longer than the USA has even existed.

Even less if splitting the lots costs any real money.
