What schools do people prefer in NoVa?

Hi Mike, I've been doing non-real estate photography as a hobby for several years now (I have a 9 to 5 in NOVA), but if you want sent me a message and I will give you a link to some of my work. 

The NoVA area is not a place I can afford to be a Real Estate Investor at this time.

That said, it's more difficult to find viable income opportunities here due to higher prices (unless you look into the "outer" areas of NoVA.) 

@Fernando Nova , I prefer Buy and hold and create long term cash flow and building wealth.

Not warranty companies; they want to have it shipped from Nova Scotia via carrier pigeon so they can save .78 cents. 

@Bo Goebel You are absolutely correct I'm prior Navy, working government up here in the Nova area for a defense contractor.
