An HOA is an organization in a subdivision, planned community, or condominium that makes and enforces rules for the properties and their residents.

I had to move from my old place, clean it up, clean the new place, move in, organize it, clean the new place, get everything in place...I was just feeling like it was too much to do and take in. 

All of these get forwarded to me through the system along with any additional information such as address and tenants name.This way the tenant feels that they have a personal way to contact me and I am able to keep everything neat and organized.

Also, just doing a deep clean and some organizing, can go a long way too.

The very few that succeed are on the phone constantly, have good people skills, can take a lot of verbal abuse, get to the point and are organized and good at follow up.It's a bit harder right now, for a couple of reasons, people with low interest rate loans don't want to give up that low interst rate and wholesaling has become the gold rush of today where the people selling supplies to the gold rushers made a lot more money than the gold rushers themselves.Can you make money wholesaling, yes of course, if you do the work and grind it out.
