I was listening to a number of Chris Seveney "Good Deeds Note Investing" podcasts discussing the need to create domains and entities. 

I'd like to simply take my domain (jasonpowell.properties) and connect it to a  pre-built, customizable website that can upload my logo, highlight my properties, and capture info from buyers and/or sellers, etc.Any thoughts?

If you wanted to you could go the route of making the county claim eminent domain.   

If your business name is aslkjdfwomcaawoie then securing a these things might not be a big deal but if your https://www.rent603.com/ then it makes sense to grab the domain address before someone else.
