These investors are doctors, lawyers, business owners, out of area real estate investors, etc.

Many of us that live around here travel back and forth over the stateline on a daily basis for work, family, shopping, doctors, anything. 

Speaking of politics, Mayor Duggan and even Govenor Synder to a lesser extent have been just what the doctor ordered for these power elite.

Network with as many people as you can, your doctor,  your lawyer, your rich uncle are all possible private lenders to fund your first project.

Just to add one other thing to this mix: I have a doctorate, and most of my networking contacts have been professionally generated.

I'm not opposed to their need for the dog and the letter from their doctor looks legit.
