Also, since 1971 there's disconnect between productivity and real estate which means re ownership is higher priority than having a good job ....

It's amazing how disconnected everything in between is and that's what I believe to be unsustainable as long as Detroit continues to grow (I believe it will).So that's where I've been focusing my investing.

Using the snake through the roof stack would still put us at the same clog.I don't know if it would be possible to open up the access panel and try to disconnect the drains that way and get something in the pipe to try to grind out the corrosion.
