The less you have to worry about rent/bills in the beginning, the better you can devote yourself to learning your business.

The more you can automate the more human detail you can devote to where it counts.

There is enough offensive information on the internet to view and I for one don't think we need to see it on a site devoted to helping us increase our RE knowledge.

My long term goal is to have 10-15 properties to provide passive income, and to be able to flip houses, go to college for whatever I feel like learning and being able to enjoy it and do it for me, not just a 9-5 career immediately after graduation, and to be able to travel and start having kids, and being able to devote my time and energy to what matters in this short life we have.I appreciate you all listening to my rant!

I find that if I call someone that has a service like that, it is not as personal and it bothers me that someone I am devoting time and energy to calling or working with can't answer their own phone and I see that it can delay things and a opportunity could be gone by then. 

Have to devote some time to the family.

Hey Everyone, I recently graduated college and I'm excited I can now devote more time to the BP community and learning about real estate investing.

I attend monthly REI meetings devoted to Notes and a once a month Mastermind for more Notes discussion and networking.For those who journey down this path that are active, they do a whole lot of research on a Note(s) and also have a servicing company when they buy to manage the payments, contact with the boworrer(s), a company to hold all the documents (Collateral file) like assignments, note, etc.
