I personally used business credit cards to BRRRR a deal—no money came out of my pocket.

Then they have to sign a W-9 before we'll pay them.So, we've never had to deal with illegals, etc.

Or a $1 Ribeye steak at Albertsons, then you tip the cashier.

It's not that big of a deal, but it's just another thing to do that Airbnb takes care of for me for a lesser fee.Just my 2 cents.

I have never found a true 70% deal.
