The amount you can accomplish in a condensed amount of time is astounding. 

I did some research and found that having the fan running constantly will pick up moisture from the condensate pan and put it back in the living space, cause high humidity. 

When getting another condenser try putting it in later when you are coming close to being done and ready for marketing.

@Wayne Brooks,  It still worked, but did a full replacement of the AC, new indoor fan/evaporator and new outside condenser.

Also, assuming you are doing a new condenser as well?

It's one thing for Warren Buffet to buy a house with 100/mo cashflow, it's an entirely different thing for someone with $5,000 to their name, and $750/mo total cashflow to buy a house with 100/mo cashflow...Warren Buffet won't even notice if that 100/mo cashflow property has 3 months of vacancy, or needs a new sewer main, or a new AC condenser... but, the guy with $5k net worth and $750/mo total cashflow will seriously feel the pain of those types of expenses, and may quickly learn that $100/mo cashflow on their rental property was a completely inadequate defense.So, how do you fix the problem?

Reason I ask was I'm afraid that just the classes alone won't prepare me for the test, because the sample questions seemed a little out there.The class is broken up like this: Say 25 chapters - 1 quiz after each chapter with 10-15 questions or so per quiz Then take the final exam for the education portion which is 100 questions (very similar and some of the same questions from the chapters quizzes)Then the state exam which is again very similar to the final education exam portion and chapter quizzes I mean there is absolutely a ton of information and they have to condense all that information into 100 questions - so the questions are very broad based highlighting the most important information The state specific test is a bit more detailed since it's less information to cover and still a decent amount of questions for the exam  I personally didn't find it difficult.
