If a rogue employee writes fraudulent checks to themselves, the account owner can cancel the checks and go after the employee for embezzlement. 

One of the major reasons we initially chose to advertise with Google is its near search monopoly (Google #1, Youtube #2) and it's platform's ability to focus advertising dollars on common seller demographics in specific areas.As of October 2020, we are now told we can no longer target our customer bases by zip code, age, and other demographics because of a politically motivated policy meant to combat social injustice.

The point is that we developed our systems to combat or resolve *most* of the troublesome guest behaviors.

However, we don't want there to be any question of fraudulent activity on our end...

@Justin Thorpe understood but it’s not a vague statement. 2007 had people buying homes who didn’t qualify and fraudulent approvals.

It's fraudulent to say you live there and then to not do it. 

I have had several friends along the journey be forces to exit due to combat or training-related injuries.

.- That even if the Police in their trained judgment considers a document to be fraudulent, they are permitting an innocent person to be victimized by a criminal and preventing the victim from regaining what is rightfully theirs.
