We always come up with clever names for our houses.  

I came across a guy named Cody Sperber on my Facebook (He is the founder of the Clever Investor program).

The clever wording and tricky envelopes just seem to get unmotivated people to call.All that being said, I am a complete novice at direct mail.  

AI is just clever programming by humans.Look, I get the emotional appeal of this story...

It's kinda like pick on someone your own size.Didn't say this "class" was dumb, they can be very clever, they know they have legal aid and you don't.

There are clever ways around it frequently discussed on these forums. 

You may be able to do a lot remotely these days with wifi smart locks but I would still want a trusted manager or friend to check periodically on cleanliness and if linens need to be replaced.

Things to keep in mind: - good to have a "property mgt" type local to help with the brutal winters (snow removal, leaky roofs, icey steps), summer bugs (ant, mice infestations produce bad reviews), furniture, propane grill tank and linen replacements, and general fixes (guests break stuff)- need someone to keep lawns mowed and watered, driveways plowed - reliable housekeeping is essential- less guests = less trouble/damage.

I thought this was clever and started looking through my area but I was wondering if anyone else has inherited an eviction or done something similar.
