LOL  no lender is going to refi a new party on a loan that is in default thats just wishful thinking.

Some will tell you that once the payment has been made for 12 months by the other party then it will not be included but that is NOT correct. 

Lots of drinking, parties, possible fights, usually sloppy housekeepers.Just my $0.02.

I can see if you close the deal and then get an un related party to float you a second after closing

Talk about how the deck will enable you to host great parties, for example.

If so, make sure agreement is in writing, signed by both parties, specifies new end date and ensures any existing security deposit will still be dealt with properly per landlord/tenant laws, and I'd also ask for a partial payment to be issued at signing to make obtaining his new place easier.  

An HOA should always be paid by the owner, they own the property and are legally the responsible party.

So the asynchronous nature of tenant requests, coupled with trying to get them handed out to the right handyman, plumber, etc, are driving me insane.Is this something that can be outsourced without going to a full 3rd party property management arrangement?
