Storage sheds that are stick-built or assembled from kits here must conform to the Zoning setbacks and height restrictions, and some jurisdictions require sheds more than 10'x10'x10' to conform to wind loads (hurricane straps, etc).

I know it probably hurts quite a bit to see this much price escalation this quickly.I know guys have tired to frame in a factory and then assemble  and never really got that off the ground.no question lost opportunity end of the day affordable housing is a dream of politicians for the reasons you state above.

I checked the Virginia Assoc of Realtor legislative info, the National Assoc of Residntial Properry Managers legislative info, the Governor’s website, and the General Assembly passed bills and cannot find it stated anyplace that we have an eviction moratorium until July 2022.
