Here's the deal:  If a person in business displays professionalism and appears to be ethically, legally, and practically aligned with my clients' interests, I'll be inclined to work with them.  

I had a place in British Columbia for a time.. and I can tell you they let NO Hispanics into that country... they stop them at the border..

So if you have a time frame of several years you might consider some of the border areas with upside potential (not so decent areas of Avondale, Crestwood north closer to Woodlawn). 

It would be nice to include vendors, dates, method of pmt, and category, and might also help to display as a list.

You could also give a local artist cheap/free temporary space to display stuff in the windows as a way to attract more eyes to your building
