Some might accuse me of overanalyzing this, and I'll reply that their wrong. 

I don't want to be accused of mortgage fraud. 

But our hyper rule follower borrower didn't want to put themselves in a position of possibly being accused of mortgage fraud in the future.

They mentioned that they are in the process of accusation of this historically student housing complex it is actually about 74 units but asked that we rent them out on a per room basis, they asked if we had any recommendations for managers we let him know that we are smaller but have real-estate experience with portfolios and other managing aspects.

The tenant is a bit flaky and I wanted to make sure she couldn't accuse us of retaliation for deciding to remove them to upgrade the apartment.

It complicates things, its not a good look, it opens people up to accusations of being pressured, etc. 

Today, my agent received an email from the seller addressing to both him and her own seller's agent (she's the one who accused him of being on drugs or in jail during the past 6 months from our phone conversations) that:"To date I have had most of the repairs needed to obtain a Use and Occupancy permit from Glenolden Borough.

Cause that’s exactly how you sound accusing me of being unethical because I didn’t know if I qualified for my FIRST home. and not even touching on the fact that the owners allowed us to renovate their home just to sell it under the guise of promising to rent to us. 

Again thanks for your feedback but don’t accuse someone of breaking the law When the only facts you have is a question I asked in general.
