Recommendations for Coaching - Large Portfolio Take Over

Posted

Hey Guys!

I have a client that reached out to us about taking over his 194 unit complex, We are new to the game and have some strategies but just getting a proposal over to them seems overwhelming, Not being in the industry there's alot of unknows and I just want to make sure we are prepared and informed as we work to service this client.

Also, I am looking for an ongoing coach for this growing company if anyone has any suggestions of who I should reach out to please let me know!
