What about people who want to choose the sex of their child?

I can't comment on their course but if you study marketing at it's core level the 2 most strong drivers out there that have the publics interest all the time is sex and or making money.So anyone selling a course it is obvious they want a return on investment for whatever time they put into it.For many people being successful has NOTHING to do with a course or going to an event.

I'm active as well, my cardio workout consists of sex.

Unless you show your units with your eyes closed and don't collect names or dates of birth and just use numbered applications to identify applicants, you are going to get information about that person you cannot consider like race, sex, age, and possibly religion, among others.

Get your money and go about it like a man, not like a good Christian girl who parades her purity ring about while she takes in the butt every Friday night, because everyone knows it's the sex that God can't see.

Mine does background checks, credit checks, sex offender registry checks as well as past landlord statements and employment verification. 

My point is that if you don't rent to someone who meets your documented criteria, or if you decline one person with a dog but accept a different one, then you are open to being accused of discriminating on the base of race, sex, etc.
