Some criteria to consider when evaluating a market are:- school districts-crime rate- job/population growth  If the crime is low, schools are reputable, and job/population growth are steady/high, chances are you are looking in the right markets. 

This is a great time, as the schools are great in that area, and you have a ton of new development in the city and along the waterfront.

That’s pretty cheap for the school zone.

Any market can work, you should consider a market that you have some 'competitive advantage' compared to others.Think of an area that you grew up in, went to school, visit friends / family, visit often, best of luck.Also, do you have any experience in rentals / short-term rentals.Air-bnb's hosts have become 'commercialized'.You will not out-perform a host who has years of experience, does this 24/7 and has a team of support.Best of luck.

    Since you mentioned Snoqualmie.....my only experience in the area was one of the most fun days of my life, at the Dirtfish rally car driving school.  

What are some areas to purchase in that have good school districts and will invite long term tenants. 

But I have sfh in b areas sharing schools with a areas.

Look at the job market, schools, and amenities.

If they couldn't find that person,   I'm guessing that probably pays for basic office rent, receptionist, accounting person and a broker/recruiter. 

Not sure why. the schools are all terrible
