Mississippi is pretty small not a lot but start with DR Horton, Lennar, etc. most companies are after large growth cities though. not sure about Jackson 

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

One if you do not register your company as a foreign company you usually cannot file an answer in court if you are sued. 

They were a law firm who hunts class action suits to go against companies.

@Caleb Rehg Just as a note my insurance company frowns upon college rentals and makes me state if I am renting to any undergraduate or graduate students.
