It basically swings between low leverage to moderately high leverage back to low leverage, etc.

Our family goal was to graduate from single house purchases to moderate size multifamily purchases.We are paying cash, possible rent 2800-3000 per month.

The exception is when the location is in a well populated area with major foot traffic of people who have moderate to higher income levels and they frequent the businesses in the area.

I also do sales and marketing for a moderate sized furniture manufacturer which allows me to travel between the Syracuse and Buffalo, NY areas at least 4 times a month.
