From there I went to U of I in Moscow for a couple of years and then moved back to Spokane for a bit before enlisting in the Marine Corps.

To make it more confusing, that type of licensure is not sufficient for primary residence financing - either as real property or as chattel property as used for manufactured homes, or RVs or Marine craft being used as a primary residence.

You have a contract pay the bill or get off the land.... federal land belongs to the people not these crack potsfreedom to peaceable assemble, I don't think it's peaceful when you show up with assault weapons quoting scripture etc. and occupy federal lands, once again these are crack potsOhh I guess all I can say is the bundy group should be ohh so glad I'm not in charge, I would of skipped the FBI and national guard for that matter and called in the marines, they would of been given an hour to surrender.
