This is like being afraid of dining at a restaurant because you're allergic to peanuts - not all dishes have peanuts and the ones that do are labeled accordingly. 

We also leave them a role of paper towels, pack of toilet paper, dish shop, hand soap, and a new plunger. 

This is really the type of advice that you are dishing out?

To elaborate a bit:  The plan would be to purchase a new, or near new teardrop (not a popup) camper to reduce the setup time, and which would be fully furnished for camping (dishes/towels/utensils etc). 

I get some Japanese and Korean renters working for big companies like Toyota and Samsung and plenty others that rotate in and out and they tend to rent at higher prices. 

Between art/decor, kitchen utensils/dishes, furniture, linens, and all the other random items required (TVs, router, garbage cans, etc), we’re projecting close to $40,000 (per house) to get the places up and running.

I don't have any appliance contract but I would assume you have to include who would be responsible for paying for repairs/replacement and negligence as well as a few helpful hints on what not to put into disposals and rinsing off dishes before putting them in the dishwasher.

(The conversations she is referring to is two people talking normally-not loudly- in a kitchen, getting a late evening snack or washing dishes and cleaning up, —we weren’t having social gatherings in our kitchen or anything like that) When she has friends over I can clearly hear them talking and laughing in her house but it doesn’t bother us at all, we expect that we would hear it being that close by, but she is apparently bothered by hearing us.

Dishwashers get clogged because people aren't scraping/rinsing dishes and the food builds up in the filter. 

And that pine I don't like that much puts up with the abuse that the guests dish out.
