Don’t get analysis paralysis people where you’re just learning and learning and learning and you’re never good enough or you’re too scared to move forward if you’re like that and you think you’re going to get arrested or in jail then wholesaling is not for you and you should stay away.

My thought would be the power company should file charges and have her arrested.

I’m not even sure they will get arrested or shut down.

If you stop paying your mortgage that is breaking a material loan covenant and nobody shows up to arrest you.

At this point we were able to get him out by filing a forcible detainer, but only after the police had arrested him for drug dealing.A couple of interesting things about this deal1- the borrower never showed up to court with an attorney, he represented himself, although he was obviously receiving advice from at attorney2 - the borrower always maintained a friendly attitude, as if it was all a misunderstanding and could be rectified “with a little give and take”3- at each court level the borrower attempted to spin a yarn trying to convince the judge that he was just a homeowner down on his luck trying to save his home.

I did not grow it I just brokered the dirt what they did with it was their choice and it was of course illegal then you would get arrested if caught.. but I like the woods and the open spaces. always have.

This will probably keep happening until this guy either moves or is arrested.
