Would it be reasonable to assemble a list with comments  in spreadsheet fashion?

BTW, I changed the joists to 12" oc, so my decking options, especially in a 45 degree herringbone fashion, are wide open.

You could also add that you'll be having a family with children move in and you can't have them disturbed in any fashion by their "home business".

Being successful in REI means I can support my family in a modest fashion entirely via my Real Estate investments. 

@Marco Santarelli  bottom line as we all know Real Estate in any form or fashion is not risk free.Although I certainly wish I would have risked a little negative cash flow and kept the two homes I lived in   in Palo Alto CA...

The "old fashion" way would be to go to Apts.com for instance, to a certain extend, Rentometer where you can search for apartments in a specific area.

Good news is that most lenders have compressed margins in some fashion ... if you are dealing with a reputable lender.  

I am just not sure how to attract out of state investors in any fashion.
