I would search for some groups on Facebook as I know there are some there. 

Owner put out a "feeler" on a local Facebook group and immediately got bombarded by inquiries. 

You can also find real estate investing groups through meetup.com, facebook, or a Google search.

Do not post your listing on Facebook where it will get clicks that don't book.

I just thought it would be great if there was a list of tenants that are qualified that I can reach out to, and I would even offer some discount to them to entice qualified tenants.This would be in addition to the usual zillow and facebook postings I have listed.
