Drugs. 

I have never taken a drug test for getting a loan :). 

@Lucas Carl One guys wife came in today for a drug screen (the state took their kids away). 

Some of them end up being the nice family that had one income earner who lost their job and held on for as long as they could etc but some of them are the guy who lost the job because of drug testing and then lost 5 more jobs the same way and then did the spiral into bankruptcy.

Looks like this could be a spinoff of it"REI on drugs, REI not on drugs. 

@Harry Standafer Yeah it was definitely scary, especially because he had 5 full grown pitbulls living in the house and was rumored to be a drug dealer as his profession.

I was at Subway on Lockbourne yesterday morning and there was a drug deal made in front of my eyes with one of the workers..

If you work for a car dealer at least you're given inventory to sell.

Was he manufacturing the drugs in your unit?

They do a good job of monitoring my properties for me.No selling needed, in the same way that you don't have to sell the idea they have to pay rent or they can't do drugs.
