Condo prices around Ballard, Crown Hill, Greenwood have slightly dropped.

It appears that The Crown has had it's way with my posts.

When I say "Good old boys" I mean Mr Gulley is clearly respected by the "in crown" for good reason too, I was just pointing out something I noticed idc if he's black, white, orange or see through. 

My 3/1 is being advertised on zillow, trulia and hotpads at a rent of $745 a month.I get this request via hotpads this morning: "My dad and I are looking for a place to stay we can pay 630 a month please work with us we have to move ASAP"Note for new landlords....anyone who has to move ASAP likely has to do this because they are being evicted.Normally I'd just chuckle at this nonsense...except I just ran the credit check on the couple where the guy came wearing the crown. 

He helped me out back in May with a lot of crown molding and tile backsplash on my personal residence.

I don't think it will lose that crown anytime soon.
