Landlords are receiving an emergency fund in lieu of the CoronaVirus effects.

Despite all of this, I'm waiting for resolution on the coronavirus economy before I buy more, so... 

How are you filling a vacancy during the Corona-virus?

Reserve requirements went way up right as the coronavirus hit the US - we saw that on one of our deals.Banks are more careful in the commercial loan space, but I think we need to avoid falling into the meme that has pervaded the space over the last few years, that multifamily anywhere is "recession proof" (it's not).

@Mimie Holmes I'd be careful about doing any type of house hacking right now with coronavirus.

Another one who had been weaseling toward paying mid month even before coronavirus hit, says she'll pay by mid month, and I think she will. 

The Coronavirus will weed out a lot of real estate professionals who did not establish a strong base and can't survive this disruption.
