If you can't, then notify the tenant that she will be charged if the visit is unnecessary.The tenant does not get to choose when the vendor shows up.

For the bedrooms and bath, choose colors from the rug, and use them, you can't go wrong! 

I accepted a tenant into a B class rental a few years back who was making low 6 figures at the time as a union boiler-maker but had NO CREDIT SCORE!

There are a lot of hotels right now that are failing and going under due to low cash flow -so its a failing hotel.

The only caveat with that loan is that you'll need to purchase in a low to moderate-income tract.
