Have tenants that the housing court will find sympathetic--elderly, disabled, and/or children in the household?

Her mother, sister, 3 children, her wife, and her wife's 3 children.

These two grown women are both acting like petty children and they expect me to be the parent.

New to investing, and I have a complicated life with finances, here's a quick back ground, I have a corporation, and so I don't make much money personally due to divorce complications and children, and my corporation has been utilizing the tax benefits, so I am sorta shooting myself in the foot twice I already know, but I have bigger plans to make my life better just need options.  

Especially if the tenants have small children, you have to clearly communicate what items are forbidden to go down the toilets (baby wipes, bleach cleaners, etc) and let the tenants know if they plug the system they are responsible for having it cleaned out/pumped. 

One of my tenants wants to move his new girlfriend and her small children into my 2 bedroom apartment, it's only him there now.

Do the renters have small children?

But your home where you raise your children is a different ball game.
