Amazon.com destroyed many bookstores in the country because it turned out an upstart online company could sell books cheaper and better than everyone else.

It was certainly possible to sell books buy mail in the 70's, and people did it, but that didn't threaten the corner bookstore until technological changes brought it to scale.I don't think Realtors will disappear.
