I do not want lazy employees looking to make a living and do the least work possible for a job.I am looking for those that want to put in the hard work and excel to have the chance at making a possible extraordinary life for themselves.It's just human nature lots of times if someone made 50k salary and had a chance for a 15k bonus if it was hard to make the 15k many would say forget it I have enough to live on the 50k.It's hard to find the potential diamond employees or workers among the duds.
