It would keep the floor plan looking open, and give more workable space on the island, and look more classy, in my opinion.  

Five random thoughts...1 - There's a lot of tiny house technology that you could draw inspiration from.2 - Google "Kitchenette" and you'll see that you can place a workable kitchen in the unit.

At least this girl has a sister who wants her and is trying to make that happen.Regarding the water meter, we looked into that at last turnover, her house, pipes, plumbing would not easily allow for installation of such, though it is legal in MA, it is pricey - her plumber told her it was not a workable solution.

I would certainly consider a large rent pre-payment too, that might be a workable solution, though I doubt this particular applicant could come up with it.

In your experience, is this a workable set of obligations? 

If a deal is too thin you pass until it becomes a workable deal or put energy into other properties where the seller has a higher motivation. 

One just floods, but at least it's concrete so it's workable till it dries.   

If you're up for that parts of Brooklyn and Queens can both be workable.     

Not workable if your goal is to wholesale the property. 

As long as the monthly payments can be sub 900, it may be workable.
