Needless to say that investment is geared toward appreciation in Aspen.

The for-cost courses may not be what people in this industry need, it is geared more towards Internet Marketing, i.e selling stuff online...You could get an education in online marketing for free without spending a dime, I know I have for the most part.

But that's because conventional loans are really geared toward homeownership.

Although I don't remember half of it but a few credits short from eligibility to sit for CPA exam as well.I am gearing up to start executing my BRRRR strategy.

Hello All,New member here and apologize if i'm touching topics that have been touched hundreds of times before.I am gearing up for my second investment in Los Angeles and am trying to get a better idea of what i can really afford on my second go around.

However, we rent SFH and 2flats, and much of the language seems to be geared to be all purpose (or course), but has a lot in there that is really not relevant for us.

Hope to start posting soon and will be asking question very specifically geared toward private mortgage investing.
