I figure that's a good deterrent to ever spending frivolously.

The agent does not know the condition of the roof, but (again, I am not an inspector) visually it looks like there are no issues.

IMO the benefits are likely that it would sell faster since people could visualize the spaces and you may get a higher price by using high end furniture.

IMO, having cameras up could be a great crime deterrent.

Even if it takes a little money out of your pocket, has to be far less than "going to war" with them using security, or other forms of deterrents.
