I’m sure there are a wide variety of physical therapist business models out there (providing different levels of support)...real estate brokerages are no different! 

"Investing in real estate" is a gigantic phrase that cover everything from your typical Ma and Pa land lord who own a handful of SFH's to being part of a truly passive 1,000+ unit apartment syndication with other accredited investors, with a whole lot of variety in between.I like it that you want to help your folks: that's the mark of a good son.

Is there a listing or database of sorts that will show the different (most favorable) non-qm loans offered by a variety of lenders?

It's getting there, but it's lacking a variety of features. 

Do a little reading and then get on the phone with a few providers.There is a lot to learn, including a variety of plan service types (custodian vs checkbook for example).  

Since then, completed a variety of different real estate deals including fix and flips, hard money lending and an STR in ski country; all residential.

Feel free to try a variety of razor scrapers to get the old caulk off, as the video hints at but only shows a straight single-edge razor in use.

Otherwise, I have a strong customer service background in a variety of fields over the past couple of decades.
