I wanted an unbiased answer so I laid it out strictly as to what had happened and then asked about the bidding timers which I was questioning.

No, I want unbiased info, I want maintenance to be a shared pain in the azz.

People come to vent with a very narrow view of their situation, they lay out the facts as they see them, then a bunch of unbiased people interpret that information often in the opposite manner that the offended person has come to.

I ran it by him because he not an investor in real estate so he can give an unbiased opinion because he has not had successes or failures in real estate.

There are a million other things to look at than an imaginary cap rate you just made up.This is the exact reason i was offering my opinion at an unbiased level.
