If you are interested I definitely would be haha Property will likely go fast if your friend puts it on market.Norwood Park is great in my opinion because it's super close to the city of Chicago 15-20 minutes with no traffic maybe 30 with traffic.

This will stop nearly all developers from buying a single-family parcel just to subdivide and build two duplexes.Additionally, SB9 applies only to urban areas and urban clusters as defined by the Census Bureau, so we're talking about areas that already have a fair amount of traffic and noise.

@Peter Koch, I agree that a PM may not want to actually link the accounts with two way traffic, but there are APIs (I don't know if Appfolio and Quickbooks have the appropriate ones) that allow for data from one software to be pushed into another, without the second being able to access or write to the first.

@Ryan Sargent We have 4 vacation rentals thats located approx. 1,000 ft from the beach but you still have to cross a low traffic 4 lane road (2 lanes each way) so it takes 5-6 minutes to walk. 2-3 minutes for a bike ride which we do provide as well to make the trip easier for some.
