A couple things that could work well nearMF are storage units and Laundry facilities.  

Faraday Future is a new electric car company that is building a huge manufacturing facility, (not putting a lot of emphasis on this because it can possibly flop you know like Fisker).

There is an ever growing hospital, another stable hospital, casino, aviation business, manafacturing facilities... you name it.

Hi @Sam Gill,I'd personally be concerned about my property holding value as baby boomers move into assisted care facilities or die off.

Back in October, 2016, My business acquired its first storage facility (80 units). 

All high tourism areas, but I've visited and stayed in ones off the beaten path like yours and loved it.

The UT Medical Research Facility is suppose to open in the next year and that will bring a ton of nice paying jobs as well.

Intel has there largest employee base here so they CANT leave  tourism and AG and you know how switched on those AG folks are.. then you have the PDX  inner city folks  Keep Portland weird just watch Portlandia it is not far from the truth and actually I would say is a pretty good representation of many of our esteemed residences..

Be sure to determine that each one  has a unique APN, otherwise you have multiple facilities on one plot and you will have fun with the zoning and trying to separate them into sellable properties.
