Refrigerator temperature too high, must be no higher than 38 degreesSounds like you could have issues with #6 and #7 so I'd suggest fixing those before the inspection otherwise you might have to wait for a second inspection before you can pass and start getting paid.

At our company we saw interest rates drop .5% this week as our rates are based on the 5 year treasury, which was pushed down to 3.6% this week.

We lived in it for a year, remodeled both units and put in place a long-term tenant on one unit and a mid-term tenant on the other.Here's a little more details about this deal:*   Purchase price: $163k*   Financed price: $132k @ 7.625% APR*   After repair (estimated value): $225k*   Gross rents: $2150 ($750 one year lease & $1400 six month lease)*  Annual taxes and insurance: $7000*  Approx credit score: 650 (I used interest free credit card to pay for remodeling this property and maxing it out caused my score drop almost 50 pts!)

Especially now that home values are about to increase again, mostly in part to lower rates as of last week and still lower to come after the election and into 2025.As these mortgage rates continue to drop further it will cause more buyers to come off of the side line putting in offers.
