While I love the idea of solar panels, I'm not sure how much sense it makes outside of being a more sustainable option (which I am very much a champion of).

If you do commit to SFR, get to 4+ as quickly as possible for this very reason so your portfolio can sustain itself and you not have to feed it (or feed it too much).  

This is the way of the future.some of my turnkey clients were having their buyers / or providing one year of renters insurance IE if they missed rent the insurance company paid.. it was an easy sell product.. but those companies sustained loss's that made writing that insurance not so fun.. so they just cancelled the policies..

If you can sustain some vacancy and turn over costs I think this is the best move.  

We all know the incentives to keep this ponzi scheme, of the debt bloated fiat system that is not sustainable, going.

Denver has only so much space..and running out of space.....new construction cannot be built on mountains, national parks etc to sustain the growth of Denver.

If the property cashflows now can it sustain a refinance and pull out equity to reinvest?
