Hello BP membership,I have been doing a lot of research on buying and building my portfolio in the last 6 months or so.

Many locals I speak with there didn't realize you no longer need a membership to come up, but we are open to the public.

Let's survey the landlords here:Who here would rent to a tenant applicant with a bk within the last year or two, that couldn't show you that it was due to an unforeseen medical emergency or something else completely out of the tenant applicant's control?  

And it would cost pennies (as part of your membership)

A little info: Asking price- $41,900Our first offer- $24,000(house needs $15,000 in repairs, all cosmetic, nothing structural) we cover closing cost, 10 day option period/ $100, title policy and survey at sellers expense.

Surveys show that while some people like ordering online over 90% wanted to return an item in store and shop more.

I'd like to do a rough survey of what sources are used most.

If you are looking for investors, go to your local REIA and/or get a PRO membership and post in the marketplace.
