Remember, successful asset management is the difference-maker in real estate investing.Two properties could look identical, but how they are managed is the real game-changer

From analyzing deals to exploring creative financing, I’m realizing that success in this business is about persistence, relationships, and constantly improving. 

It’s like you and I leveraging our success in notes/lending to raise $100 million to invest in art.  

Giving them skin in the game ensures they’re just as invested in success as you are.

Here's my definition of success: To be able to do what I want, when I want, with who I want:)

Also consider contacting houses that look vacant, simply door knocking in a neighborhood that you are interested in and talking to the homeowners in a genuine way, For Sale By Owners is another potential, using an App like Nextdoor or Facebook pages/groups related to local real estate and just telling the group what you are looking for, contractors also know about houses coming on the market soon and so do property management companies, and finally garage sales are a good way to find off-market properties as people prepare to sell.To Your Success!
