Please correct me if i missed anything.My question therefore is, with a good tenant, minimal maintenance etc would you guys strive to pay off the mortgage quicker i.e. 15-yr fixed mortgage (Option A), OR opt for a higher monthly cashflow by extending the loan overtime i.e 30-yr fixed rate.

Only by being the best version of ourselves, striving for excellence and improving, we find peace and happiness.

We always strive to keep clients insured even if the carrier drops their coverage. 

I caution against this when you could easily invest elsewhere for cash flow...the number of successful investors I know who focus their efforts on the mainland and strive to SAVE as much of their BAH as possible is a testament (to me) that this is the greater strategy.All that being said, make your decision, and stick to it...but be conservative on your numbers, and keep LARGE cash reserves.

But I hit a lot of bumps along the way, and happily they've given me some perspective on the chances of success, the requirements for success, and I can say confidently that anyone who strives for the level of success you want needs at least one very POWERFUL "Why" to get thru the tough times. 

It's never enough and we should always be striving to achieve more wealth.

Whether you are an investor or contractor your reputation will follow u so treat people well and strive to do quality work. 

Just because we're "above average", doesn't mean we can't strive for more.
