What about a really nice box with weather proofing or a tarp.Or give people a machetee, flint, steel and a bag of rice and sell it as the Survivor Experience or Survivor training camp.

@Meso Stick I think I know what you are trying to accomplish with the HELOC strategy.

No matter how well intending, it’s hard to push back against yourself or a well-known partner when it comes to sticky situations.

I did read the stickied post in this forum which talks about your home's condition prior to renting, though that seemed more focused on how many renovations to make, not what to do if you've already completely renovated your home to be comfortable in it.
